Staying here was a dream for a weekend traveler, as it was less than a 5-minute walk to both the Spanish Steps and the beautiful Il Margutta restaurant, making it super easy to grab a meal or sightsee. plus, Marco and Vicky were really kind and helped with everything I needed during my stay, making me feel at home.

Not a fan of the non-24 hour reception policy!!! The unsecure terrace didn't feel private at all, and there was no proper supervision for our bags after check-out. Clear areas for improvement throughout the hotel!!!

Upon arrival, we were faced with a daunting steep staircase without any lift, making it challenging to carry our luggage. The room was not as advertised, with a musty odor and a general sense of neglect that left us feeling disappointed.

Location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. Room 106 felt spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking a quiet street. The cleanliness was impressive, with daily replenishment of water and juices. Finding breakfast spots nearby was easy, which is a plus. However, reception hours are limited, making it tricky if you need assistance outside those times. The furniture is a bit dated, and I wouldn’t say it’s swanky. The lack of a 24-hour reception might stress some, especially when arriving late, but overall, the experience was pleasant enough that I'd consider returning.

The spacious room with a very comfortable bed was a highlight, and I loved the complimentary refreshments in the mini fridge after a long day of sightseeing.

Consider requesting a room with better natural light, as some have limited windows.

My stay at Canova Rooms was delightful! The location near the Spanish Steps proved perfect for digging into Rome's vibrant atmosphere. Clean and spacious, my room had fantastic amenities. While I wished for 24-hour reception, the central setting and helpful staff made my experience memorable. Highly recommend!

My stay was quite disappointing! The advertised charm was nowhere to be found—rusty furniture and a dreary bathroom were unexpected. Sadly, the air conditioning was ancient and ineffective.
